I have just been named the face of Forever New Active. See below a little Q&A everything health related!
My approach to wellbeing is… Balance – everything is OK in moderation. Don’t deprive yourself of foods, treat yourself but just don’t go overboard. Another big thing for me is comparison, girls need to stop comparing themselves to girls they see on Instagram and magazines. Everyone is different, just be the best version of YOU – Don’t try and be someone else.
My go-to healthy snack is… Almonds or fruit
I treat myself by… My favourite treats would be chocolate, cheese & hot chips!
A healthy meal I love to cook is… Bolognese Zoodles or Salmon and veg!
The foods I always have in my fridge…. Fruit, vegies and eggs!
My favourite way to work out is… High intensity, anything that makes me sweat!
Currently on my workout playlist… I like to mix it up so I don’t get bored. I love pop songs that I can sing to. I find singing takes my mind off how exhausted I am. I love a bit of Rhianna & Drake!
I choose to become the face of Forever New Active because… I have been working with Forever New on and off for a few years and when the opportunity came up to work with them on their new active range I was super excited. I am very active and love my active wear! Quality is a must and after trying on the FN range I was immediately on board!
My favourite thing about the collection is that… I love that it’s stylish yet designed for performance. It really sculpts the body and keeps me feeling confident, even during high impact workouts.
My must have-piece from the range… The black leggings are amazing – love the mesh panels and flattering fabric.
Days when I go from class to brunch means… I usually just tie my hair back in a bun, spray some perfume and tie a jumper around my waist!
